Raw Material

Bhargav has domestic and foreign raw material suppliers that are approved by the customer.
Bhargav deals with ferrous and non-ferrous metals of different grades.
Bhargav makes it easier to store goods according to grade, diameter, and heat number at precisely designated locations.
The different grades of the corresponding raw material suppliers are indicated with different color codes.
Every steel is examined at every heat in accordance with the control plan for metallurgical parameters, such as metal chemistry, inclusion, hardness, etc., and is then compared to the client standard.
We have owned facilities for the casting and extrusion of copper alloys and brass.

At Bhargav Industries, dies for ordered items are precisely designed and engineered using computer-aided technology in a state-of-the-art tool and die manufacturing facility. Additionally, the facility has advanced simulation software installed, allowing for better offline tooling and early problem detection. Conversely, it facilitates a reduction in the time required for true mass production.

In order to machine tools and dies, the facility has 2 axis, 3 axis, 4 axis, high precision CNC, VMC, Swiss tuning, conventional tuning, CNC grinding machines, EDM, wire cut, and high-speed machines from reputable businesses.

Using this completely automated die-making and tooling facility, Bhargav guarantees seamless product development going forward.
